Ya, we are talking about Jerryd Bayless being the best player on the court in the Las Vegas Summer League. In his first two professional games, Jerry D has put up 28 and 26, mainly with his aggressive play and getting to the free throw line 39 times! Like we said below, Portland is going to be unstoppable. How some teams let Jerry D and his ridiculous scoring ability slide out of the Top Ten is going to make some fans around the country quite angry (Sorry Knick fans). But Portland will be a better fit, because he will not have to focus as much on the point guard duties since Brandon Roy usually takes the ball up the court. This means Jerry D is going to go off and drop 40 point games like nothing. Looks like Damon will have some company as ‘Cats with NBA Rookie of the Year honors.
